Windshield and Door Glass Replacement

If your vehicle has cracked, broken, or shattered door glass or windshield, it can typically be replaced in a single day. And we can do the work for most people while they are busy with their own work.

Here's how single day glass replacement works: Just call us and schedule an appointment. Then, drop off your vehicle on the day of your appointment by 9:00 AM. That same morning, the glass will be ordered and your vehicle will be prepared during glass delivery. The glass will arrive and be installed the same day. For windshield replacement, the vehicle will be kept for a short time at the shop to allow the urethane bonding the glass to set up. Sometime that afternoon, we will contact you to inform you that your vehicle is ready for pickup.

With the economic slump the way it is and ever-tightening financial strains; cost cutting is now a necessity, not a preference. And we are happy to help you with that. We can either provide your vehicle's glass for self-installation, or we can install glass that you supply.

When supplying your own glass, be aware that occasionally molding must be replaced and installed along with the glass. Automotive scrap yards tend to sell the glass without the molding. If you are unsure whether or not the molding is required, call or bring your vehicle by for an inspection. Also, if you have trouble obtaining the molding, we can order it separately for you.

Seat Upholstery Replacement

If your vehicle's seats look old and worn or have embarrassing stains, tears, or burns, the upholstery is in need of replacement. We can match material from our readily available stock or order it for your particular vehicle. We can replace one panel, two panels, or just the backrest panel. The cost per item decreases as you have more replaced.

But, why not take it up a notch?

Consider having your seats reupholstered in leather. Leather may be more expensive, but will definitely give your vehicle a great look at a very competitive price.

As an alternative, have your seats reupholstered in our on-hand “Fargo” material, a very nice embossed vinyl. This has traditionally been a cheaper way to help reduce costs on farm trucks and other work vehicles, but is now a popular alternative for any vehicle. It affords many more people the means and opportunity to let loose their personal style with exotic replications, such as Alligator or Ostrich. And it now comes in multi-color to suit any taste.

Really go all out and give your seats that special look to make your vehicle stand out in the crowd by making use of our expert seamster. Have custom patterns sewn into your like-new seats. You can go with something simple, such as diamond or checkered patterns. Or, talk with our very creative seamster and come up with something that's just right for you.

Headliner and Sun Visor Upholstery Replacement

If your vehicle's headliner is falling down or the sun visors are looking dull or dingy, we can replace the upholstery. We can match up new material to the original material in your vehicle. The price largely depends upon which vehicle you have, whether it has a sunroof, whether it has speaker bars, etc.

Convertible Top Repair or Replacement

If your vehicle's convertible top has minor to major damage or is old and falling apart, we can repair or replace it. We use only the best convertible tops made by Electron.

Carpet Replacement

If your vehicle's carpet looks old and worn or has embarrassing stains, tears, or burns, it is in need of replacement. We can order pre-molded aftermarket carpet for most vehicle models. We can also make floor mats especially for your vehicle if you would like.

Trunk Latch and Door Handle Repair or Replacement

If your vehicle's trunk latch or door handle is not working properly, it may need to be replaced. So if a little lubricant just won't do the trick this time, bring it by and let us take a look at it. We will assess it for you.

Lock Actuator Replacement

If your vehicle's door locks are not working properly, bad or worn door lock actuators may need to be replaced.

Power Window Motor/Regulator Replacement

A window not moving up or down properly or not going up at all is a common symptom for a power window motor or power window regulator in need of replacement. Bring your vehicle by and we will assess it for you.

So since replacing these parts can sometimes be quite costly, if you get an estimate from us or anyone else and find you are a little short on cash, we can temporarily secure your window shut for a flat fee of $50 until you can afford to have the power window motor or power window regulator replaced.

Mirror Repair or Replacement

If your vehicle has any fallen or broken mirrors, it will likely not pass the annual safety inspection. We can have a new mirror ordered and your vehicle's mirror replaced usually by the next day.

Older Model Vehicle Work

If your older model vehicle in need of a bright, refreshing, new look, you might not need to look any further. We can order and install new sew-in headliners for most older model vehicles. We can also help with your older model vehicle's quarter-panels, door panels, carpeting, trunk mat, deck tray, seats, or whatever. We have access to reputable companies from which we can order interiors kits for older model vehicles. And we even have access to order upholstery for older model vehicles dating back to 1960.

Note: Older model vehicles typically require an inspection for more accurate estimates.

Embroidery Work

If you are looking to dress up a favored vehicle, we have access to a company that does embroidery work. The cost and availability may vary, but we can work with you to get just the right look and feel you are after at a price you are comfortable with.

Tent, Cover, and Awning Repair

If the tent, cover, or awning for your boat or other vehicle needs only minor repair work instead of being completely replaced, we can re-sew the seams or add patches to help you get the most out of it before replacement is really needed. Bring it by and we will assess it for you.

Boat and Pontoon Refinishing

If your boat or other vessel beginning to looking old and worn, we can refinish it with marine carpet, marine vinyl, and stainless steel staples. We can even replace wood with specially treated plywood should it be needed.
